2026 Festival of Unity for Residents of the Five Northern Provinces

This is a cultural and arts festival where residents of the five northern provinces and Seoul citizens come together through music and dance. The event features folk dances and performances by the Pyongyang Seolgyeong Art Troupe, performances by guest singers, dances from Kyrgyzstan and Uzbekistan, and citizen participation programs. The event will take place on Sunday, November 1, 2026, at Seokgye Cultural Park. The pre-show performance begins at 1:00 p.m., the opening ceremony at 2:30 p.m., and the main performance runs from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. · This is an event where residents of the five northern provinces, who long for their hometowns, and Seoul citizens can laugh and socialize together.
