Seonyudo Park is a place where lush greenery has flourished atop the cold, abandoned structures of a former water treatment plant. The Yeongdeungpo Seonyudo Park Festival is designed to let visitors experience the charm of Seonyudo Park—Korea’s first eco-park created through environmental restoration—and appreciate the harmony between nature and art. Key programs include “Bird Walk,” where participants explore the park’s ecosystem and birdlife through birdwatching; outdoor yoga sessions open to families and couples; and a street art festival featuring performances by teams selected through an open call. In addition, the “October Seonyu” flea market—planned by Yeongdeungpo residents—and stage performances will be held concurrently, offering a wealth of sights, food, and events.
